Ingredients for 10 pieces:
- 4 Oz. flour
 - 2 Tbsp. of grated coconut
 - 1 egg
 - 1.7 Oz. extra virgin olive oil
 - 1.7 Oz. brown sugar
 - 2 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa
 - Baking powder
 
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg with sugar.
 - Add the yeast, extra virgin olive oil and whisk.
 - Add the coconut, cocoa and flour. If needed, add 1/4 cup of milk.
 - Pour the batter into the donut molds and cook at 340F for about 20/25 minutes.
 
Decorate the donuts with grated coconut and enjoy!!
